Vision Statement

Growing Branches for Christ was birthed out of the anointing of the Holy Ghost to provide a hope of healing, restoration, and power for God’s people. In Isaiah 61:1-3, the prophet Isaiah said this, talking about the anointed one. It says, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison totem that are bound, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He might be glorified.”

Our vision is like the Gospel according to Saint Luke 4:18, “the Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.”

We at Growing Branches believe that it is very important to be a witness to the sinner. People that are lost in sin are in need of the Savior. This ministry was birthed to bring a life and deliverance to them that are dead in sin. Luke 19:9-10 says, “And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forasmuch as he also is a son of Abraham. For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which is lost.”

I want the people of Growing Branches to be a people with the love of God in their life and the anointing flowing outward to the lost. That the light of Christ will shine so great that, it will draw sinners out of the darkness.

We must not compromise the Gospel. In the time that we are living in, there are so many Pastors that come and go in the churches. We then wonder why our churches do not have a depth of doctrine in them. It is because these men that say they are called to pastor in a church are not called to that church, but sent of man. John 10:10-15, the thief cometh not, but to steal and to kill and to destroy; I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. I am the good shepard; the good shepard giveth his life for the sheep. But he that is a hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seethe the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth; and the wolf catcheth them and scattereth the sheep. The hireling fleeth, because he is a hireling and not careth for the sheep. I am the good shepard, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father, and I lay down my life for the sheep.
